"Feeding The Bear Yellowstone Park" 1911:puzzler4879
Bear feeding was an organized activity in the early national parks like Yellowstone. This is a detail from a postcard image. The card was postmarked on August 29, 1911, and was sent from "Aunt Guss" to "Master Kenneth Roberts" in Durham, CT.
Note: The clothing on the road is all that was left of the fourth "feeder." It's a wonder the bear was still hungry!
